In some cases, items shipped from our store can be returned within 3 days after delivery, or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable. Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Did your item arrive damaged, different, or not working? If so, you are protected and can request a refund. The procedure is outlined below.
Within 3 days of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue with the product, and whether you want a refund or replacement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will review the claim and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING RETURN PRODUCTS
To return your product, you should contact our customer service at email@example.com to get the return address. Do not send your item(s) back to the manufacturer. Please include a slip with your Order ID number, full name and reason for return inside the return package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Upon purchase of your order, you will be given up to 24 hours to cancel your order. We will provide you a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. However, if 24 hours have passed since you placed the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can request a refund (if applicable).
We do not offer exchanges.
We do not offer refunds if your item was a gift.
